SHIPPING
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Your order will be packed and shipped within 2-3 business days from your purchase via DHL. The average time for domestic orders (Germany) is 1-2 business days, and the average delivery time for International orders is 3-6 business days. For countries outside the EU, it could take up to three weeks.

We do offer EXPRESS SHIPPING to get your order sooner to you, which generally means that your order will arrive the next day. International shipping completely depends on the customs of the country we are shipping to.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Standard Shipping from Germany: 5€, 3-5 working days

Shipping Worldwide: 15€

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your package is sent off, we will provide you with a tracking number via E-Mail.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Most likely yes, with a few exceptions. You can proceed to the checkout and our system will let you know.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We will happily replace the damaged item or reship you an item if you received something incorrectly.

WHAT SIZE IS PERFECT FOR ME?

It is hard to know what your ring size is if you haven't had a fitting. We have uploaded a ring sizing guide, so you can get a better picture of what size will fit you.
